Entrevista
The interview was Ok. It lasted 1.5 hours, competency based. The interviewer was a property manager and had only worked for First Port since November 2022. At the end of the interview, I was told I would hear the result within 7 days. This did not happen. After 13 days, I sent a polite chaser. On the 14th Day, giving no apology for being so late contacting me, I was sent an email saying my application will not be progressed. It did state I could receive feedback, which I immediately requested. A further 11 days has passed since, and I have heard nothing. This company has shown a lack of professionalism I feel. Two common themes during the interview were deadlines and motivation. The company themselves failed on both these competencies. They failed to make a deadline to give me a result, which, in turn, totally demotivated me. The interviewer told me she still had a lot to learn, never a truer word spoken!!
