I was approached via LinkedIn by an external recruiter and was given details of the role. As I was interested I was then contacted by First Port directly, as I had previously spoken to their recruitment team already back in January. An interview was set up as they already had my CV and details. My interview was very professional but also fluid in conversation which I liked. It didn’t feel robotic like some interviews can be. And there were a good selection of clear concise questions and not too many.
