First round was telephonic which was technical. After a week they conducted second round which was with manager. Next no reply for further proceedings, atleast they should inform to the candidate what is the status of there candidature.

I got call from consultancy person, then she took 4 days to shortlist my profile and then scheduled my interview. First round was just friendly talk with Indian project manager. He was asking about general question regarding education, hobbies, current roles and responsibilities. Then in second round senior managers from South Africa appeared , they were asking about functional testing, automation, selenium, cucumber related questions. And then interview is over, Since that day, no communication from HR or consultancy person happened. I can conclude that the Indian team is just a puppet, they dont have any authority to take decisions. All show is driven from South Africa. Pleas take your decisions wisely.
