It was a simple, straight-forward interview. They are looking for people who are focused and can multi-task. They love to hear any hospitality experience and hear about your past experiences. Building relationships and decision making are key things.

Quick phone interview about my interest in the position and company, then brought in to interview with Management, final step was meeting with the GM. Very casual and it took about 2 weeks overall to receive an offer.
