The interview was conducted in two parts. My first interview was with the Vice President and the second interview was a combination of a Regional/Senior Management. My second interview also included a tour and several introductions to key staff members.

There was 4 members online for the interview. Not one person smiled. Keep in mind - I am entry level and very aware of that as I have only managed a condo for a short period of time. I am looking to grow and gain experience and in my thoughts, who else would be a better company to apply for as they offer a lot of opportunities! I have applied for assistant cam and reg cam as I am not sure what would be offered being entry level. Now back to a group of people not looking very intrigued nor happy as soon as they logged online for the interview...... I was rudely cut off quite a few times and was told they are going to stop me from talking before I say something that I do not know anything about....... If you want to know about my background and see where I am at, let me speak. My thoughts to cut me off and assume they knew and took me into a direction of nothing I was speaking of shows how little they thought of me. It was a very short interview and I am not sure if I would want to work for someone who treats others the way they treated me. If I was not of any interest to the company, I should not have been called or scheduled for an interview.
