For me there were two rounds, One was technical with hiring manager and managerial plus technical with DGM and a manager. Then salary discussion with HR if get selected. All the process took around 15 days to complete.

I mean mostly the interview went with technical questions that are mostly basic . In the manager round he asked few questions related to the work environment and the interaction with the client . How to approach to a client when they are asking for client requirements that are not in the initial development document.
