Virtual interview with HR. Never heard back with a direction. Way too many companies have adopted the ghosting policy. Can we please bring back professionalism to the interview process. Very frustrating

Lots of chat about past experiences and how that would help the company achieve its goals. No offer presented yet but still in the interview process.

Things moved forward pretty fast. I had a few 1:1 phone interviews before face-to-face meetings. They were all well organized and made me feel appreciated and my time was valued.
