very easy and non intimidating. I was an internal transfer from within the company, so my interview process was less formal than most. I discussed my position with the VP over the phone, then scheduled got scheduled for an in person group interview with the team a week later. It took a few weeks to hear back from them before i got the job.

I had 3 phone interviews. The first was with an HR recruiter where we went over the position and what I would be doing. The recruiter then reached out to me to schedule a second phone interview about a week later with the hiring manager. About a week later I received an e-mail to schedule a third and final interview with someone who was senior to my position. I never had a face to face interview. The day after the third interview, I received a call offering me the job. The process took about a month, but it was a smooth easy process. Each interviewer was friendly, yet professional and the interview felt conversational. Not much pressure at all
