Entrevista
Standard STAR setup questions (tell me about a time when...) and a clear expectation of STAR response. Stardard interview fare, nothing tricky or unexpected. No crazy "consulting interview" questions like "how many quarters are in circulation right now?" Met with three different 1:1 interviewers on the same day.

Standard question might be "tell me about a time when you had to overcome an obstacle that was preventign you from achieving a goal or task."
Three rounds of interviews. HR, Hiring and Hiring's peer. Radio silence for 3-4 weeks and suddenly said you are hired. Regional HR doesn't care if you are not working in the same office with them.

First had a screen with HR, then the hiring manger, then the team members I would be working with. After that it took some time for HR to reach back out. I had to follow up 2 times.
