Usually, they call many candidates for few openings like; 1, or 2 .....On this day, i.e. July 13, 2019 @ their Noida ofc location. They called 180-190 candidates just for few openings - came to know through one of their HR Team members. 1st Round- Typical Written Test consisting of unheard & unused Testing & QTP related Questions of Objective type. There's 25 % -ve marking too, point to be noted.. 1Hr Test. 2nd Round: F-2-F Round/Discussion. After completing first two rounds till evening when everyone got exhausted & u're also while waiting for your turn i.e. for your next rounds. then they will conduct the below two rounds; 3rd: Technical Cum Managerial Round. 4th : HR Round- where they will gonna ask some general stuff, like; CCTC, ECTC, NP, Why do u want to join? & bla, blaa...... I came around 10:30 am & got free around 7:00 PM i.e. after my last HR Round, with this assurance that they will gonna contact me within 2-days as told by them. Now the real picture starts ? Waiting & taking follow-up with the HR Team. But believe me no one will gonna respond you. Becoz after conducting that drive HR will gone back to their sleep mode & you can't wake them up via email/phone call- which they never respond...... It was just a Waste of TIME !! Whole Day got wasted .... Don't believe me- go & experience the same or you may get the same feedback on glassdoor as well.
