Fairly straightforward. Fair and good questions asked. Two total interviews, with two different teams. At the end of the day they are looking for best fit per team and will potentially make and offer when you fit the best.

Once you apply, they generally call you within a week or so. There are usually always positions to fill, so interviews are pretty constant. They do a quick phone interview just to make sure that you're qualified and able to hold a conversation. They will then usually schedule you for a person to person interview at the same time. When you go in for the interview, usually a couple of different managers from different departments will interview you. I did two interviews with four different managers when I was on site for the interview. After all of that, they'll call you about a week later with a decision and as to which department you'll end up in.

The questions were pretty normal. They go over job expectations for the most part, since most incoming employee's cannot fully understand the role they'll have. Essentially, they'll ask your strengths and weaknesses, a time you've dealt with a stressful or ethical issue at a previous employer, etc.
First submit the application. Then phone interview with recruiter which includes basic questions like work authorization, how soon can you start, are you vaccinated against Covid-19, etc. And then Final Interview.

Received a cold call for a phone interview. That lasted about 20 minutes. Then received email for the scheduling of the first MS Teams interview. That lasted about 30 minutes.
Got a chance at a second interview again over Teams. That went well. After that, I didn’t hear anything for a few days, so I emailed the recruiter who then promptly called me upon receiving the email. They notified me I didn’t get the job, but they really wanted me so they would keep my resume for future purposes if something opened up.
Still have not received any rejection emails.
