NO FOLLOW-UP after interview. I followed up several times to contact each person in the interview process.
Not one of them returned my emails or calls.
Several levels of contact. Initial contact from a "scout", then quick phone interview with a senior recruiter. Then a conversation with the interview coordinator. Final in person interview with 2 managers

Simple. Phone screen. Interview. Offer. It was a hiring event and it was very straight forward. The phone screen didn’t last more than 20 minutes and the interview itself was with a manager who kept it conversational.

I received an email from a recruiter with several clarification questions, and after that, he set up an interview with a hiring manager. It was more like a conversation about general life without any specific professional topics. After almost four weeks of waiting for feedback, I received a formal rejection email from the recruiter.
