Entrevista
Fiserv conducted a campus drive in our college. They first conducted written aptitude test which was very basic and simple. Nearly all candidates passed this round. Then they called for GD round in which they assessed candidates not by the value of points raised but by the high pitch of the candidates. Those who can shout and pull others down with loud voice passed this round. Then there was the interview which tech and hr combined. Shockingly the process was pathetic in which female candidates were only asked hr type of questions and male candidates were given tough questions on algorithms and data structures. After that they released their final list of 10 selected candidates which unsurprisingly had 8 female and 2 male candidates.

Got 2 round of interview, mostly behavioral interview. Got one with manager and another one with current team member. They just ask about your experience and tell about the work culture of the company

I had interview with tech lead and team lead. They went through various both technical and system design with skills and experienced I had and what they expect for their hiring role. The interview experience is great outside of recruiter Samuel. He rushing on interview schedule, changing last minute and accusing me of no show after interview completed. Call me no serious with Fisver.

It was pretty typical software engineer interview with a technical round, a system design round and a hiring manager round. Prepping fundamentals will be helpful. Technical round was about the work using some apis and hiring round is more focusing on the team fit with previous experiences
