I would think twice before interviewing here. I had a phone screen and 2 rounds of interviews. First round went great, was told "you know what you're talking about". Second interview was where it got weird. I was interviewed by someone who wouldn't even be a part of my team. I was getting asked questions about specifications that didn't pertain to the position what so ever. Even as so, I had a well rounded conversation with the interviewer. Had to follow up. The feedback I got was "You haven't worked at w corporate company before (no crap, that's why I was interviewing here). And that I "lacked general knowledge of email campaign management experience. First all of, that was insulting, because the first point I cannot control. And to the second point, the individual who conducted my second interview obviously as not listening the entire time because that was all we discussed. Lastly, that was not heavily relevant to the role. I feel like I was being interviewed for an entire other position without knowing. I can handle rejection, but the reasons given were off-putting to me. Fiserv recently merged with First Data, and you tell who came from what sector. First Data seems to employee those who aren't very competent. Organization is clearly needed here. I would look elsewhere before heavily considering this company.
