      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Fiserv em abr. de 2021

      Entrevista

      Step 1 - Get call from some staffing agency , she get all my basic details like Technical skills , Notice period, expected CTC and all. They had some issue with my desired CTC so we agreed upon lesser amount which was 1 lakh less than my expected CTC. after that she scheduled my interviews. Step 2 - Technical round 1- All related to my family back ground , technical experience , skill set, domain knowledge and my achievements. It was a good discussion and positive experience. I know after the interview that I have cleared the round1. After the round one staffing agency HR called and said they are not able to give me the CTC which we discussed earlier they can give me 1 lakh more less that what we decided. Though it was very unprofessional that after the interview your are saying this to me, but I still agreed to proceed ahead since it is Fiserv and it has a good image in my mind. So now it was like my expected CTC - 2 Lakh. Step3- Techno-Manager - Kind of repetitive questions from round 1, but still it was positive. Apart from that interviewer explained what they are working on and what work will be there for me if I got selected, I have primarily exp. with Selenium and Java. He informed me that it will be Tosca automation and if I am comfortable with it. I was ready to work on Tosca even I was already wanted to work on Tosca. So here again everything went perfect. One thing which I dint like was the package discussion in techno manager round, he asked me about my expected CTC and all. But it was ok, step4 - No call from staffing agency recruiter HR for next day and there is no updates on feedback. for next 3 days , I have called her daily to seek my feedback but she couldn't contact Fiserv team for the same and gave some excuses like -Fiserv HR's mail box is full like that.. Fourth day - No call from her , I also dint call. Sixth day - I called her and this was her response - "How we would be assured that you will join us with the agreed package? " I explained them why I would be be joining Fiserv. She said she will update me and schedule HR round shortly. No updates after that even I stopped following up now. I have made up my mind that even they shared the offer now I wont be joining them. I have given many interview even to small start ups also but this was the worst and most unprofessional interview experience.
