Slow but recruiter and hiring manager were very pleasant and comforting. Too long of gap between updates in my opinion. Comes off as very indecisive and unorganized. However, HR should look at more creative or modern question approaches and provide management the training necessary to conduct interviews in the appropriate fashion while also building upon understanding skills presented by candidate. I did appreciate getting more time with the personnel I'd work with rather than random department involvement who do not understand our line of work.

There was a Technical round followed by TechnoManagerial round. And then the HR round. This process took a month to complete. The process was smooth and the interview level was average.
