Human Resources had left a voice mail message and application and screening went smoothly. I didn't hear anything for about 6 months later, then they called to see if I was still available and interested, about 4 interviews later I was hired. Everyone was very professional and shared lots of information on the position.

Nothing to worry and ask for good raise since they don't have professional / employable resources.
