Hiring and interview process stretched over 30 days, with slow responses and feedback. 4 rounds, 2 technical 2 managerial. Cleared 3 rounds and in the last round the hiring manager did not find me stable enough (I have been in my current company for 3 years) to go ahead with my profile. They knew beforehand about my experience and number of companies I have switched and they let me know after 25 days that they don't find me stable enough. Very bad experience, total waste of time. I did not engage with any other company during their process, this is not at all professional. I could have given those days to some organisation and would have received the offer letter too. The HR also doesn't answer the calls when u try to know the status of your interviews. Very bad experience, wont ever try again for this company nor would recommend it to anyone. I feel disheartened and cheated.
