5 Rounds in total. First round - Written Aptitude and Technical Q&A Second round -Group Discussion Third Round -Technical Interview Fourth Round-Interview with the HR Fifth Round-Interview with the Director

I attended the interview in 2018 at FCEC. The recruitment process was of 5 rounds. The first round was a pen and paper test to answer Aptitude Questions and Basic Engineering questions mostly Control Engineering topics. Next was the Group Discussion, where the communication skills were scrutinized. After that was the Technical interview which lasted for 20 to 30 minutes, in which the subject knowledge is questioned based on the engineering discipline. Once this is cleared the other 2 rounds are mostly like conversations with the HR and the Director of the Branch, in which the basic competencies and situational judgement is put under test.
