Nice friendly chat with the head of the department and the HR rep for graduates. There were no awkward questions. Just a casual chat about CV and experience and what the company’s aims were for themselves and for me.

I was invited to attend an initial Microsoft teams screening call then followed by a first stage multi-panel interview in one of their central offices. Finally, I was invited to attend a 2nd stage meet and greet in the office where the position was.

Entrevista
Informal, easy-going, very relaxed and nice environment. More of a chat rather than firing questions and answers. Ask about yourself, hobbies, goals, aspirations, etc. No testing or trick questions, which is nice. It was overall a really positive experience and I recommend the company.
Easy going informal interview they asked about experience and my future goals and how that aligned with their company. There was two senior members of staff interviewing me both were very pleasant and easy to talk to
