Several phone calls followed by a scheduled 3 hour interview, there were 3 different people who interviewed me. They really wanted to get to know me, understand my drive and knowledge, and determine if I would be a good fit.
Interviewed with this company 3 times. They consistently led me on just to reject me each time. Horrible experience. No questions about my abilities not experience. Seems like a good company to work for but they never hired me
