First they call you then they say hello, they then ask you what you like to do. This is cool because they then ask you to come out and look at their nice shop.
Started off with phone interview basic questions around motivations. Second round was similar to the first one however i was invited in person canary wharf office interviewed by senior and someone already within this role

I Interviewed for three positions over 2 hours, after the preliminary phone screening. About a week after the three in person interviews I had one final phone interview before they offered me the position.
