3 interviews, one with the recruiter, a team member, and with the VP. I thought they all went very well, but I still didn't get the position, and was not updated for 2 weeks.

I was reached out to on LinkedIn and Indeed, I set up and spoke with someone about the role and scheduled a meeting with the recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter and mostly went over background questions. Had a Zoom interview with a hiring manager a little later. I was told they would get back to me in a few business days but the recruiter forgot to reach out to me and it took me having to call twice just to hear I was declined.
