multiple different steps, the hiring managers were very easy to talk to and were not trying to be too intimidating which was refreshing. It felt like a natural progression of conversation and they were an open book in terms of answering all my questions.

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
