The process took 3 months. I was interviewed at fisher investments Costa Rica. They reached me by LinkedIn and share some of the relevant job details. The recruiter scheduled an interview call one week later. This first call was pretty easy the recruiter only share basic information. Then they set up an in person interview two weeks later with two managers, this was a more technical interview that it took around 2 hours. 3 days later I received a call from the recruiter were she said that they enjoyed the process and wanted to move forward but they would need to delayed the offer due to market trending. I received an offer 2 months later.
It was a pretty smooth process, all the people involved in the hiring process was very communicative and transparent during the whole process

Applied, within 24 hours got an offer to interview over the phone. Phone interview was positive and was told I’d be recommended for a video interview. 3 days later, got a boilerplate rejection email. The kind that says, “after careful consideration” you know the one. The one that feigns consideration as corporate insulation from the applicants. If you want to still apply for a company that says, verbatim per the email,
“We understand you may want additional information about our decision. However, as a company policy, we do not provide feedback”, then you are entitled to your own pain and suffering.

Phone Interview, behaviour questions and availability. Asked about previous work experiences. Spoke for about 30 mins. Recruiter was new. The conversation was not flowing. Hence I was hesitant with my answers. But it was not very difficult.
Good experience with their recruiters. They are very nice and professional, and HR shares lots of helpful information and positive insights. They also have a very systematic, clear, and well-organized interview schedule.
