Four-stage process: 45-minute intro call with a TA specialist and a frontend engineer, a 1-hour online problem-solving task (HackerRank-style), a 3-hour onsite technical interview (system design, live React coding, technical discussion, CV walkthrough), and a 1-hour onsite culture interview with the CEO/COO, engineering manager, and TA. Offer came first, reference checks followed.
The technical onsite was the strongest part — practical system design based on real product scenarios, not abstract puzzles. Interviewers were collaborative and guided me when I went down a suboptimal path rather than just marking it wrong. Communication throughout was clear and prompt.
One thing to prepare for: the online problem-solving stage is algorithm-focused, which can feel like a mismatch for senior frontend candidates. Take it seriously regardless.
