The first interview turned in to an interview with multiple people and departments. The first person did not explain the multiple aspects of interview or the process would take more time than basic interview.

Simple phone interview at first. Basic questions about working in warehouse and your previous job. If they like your phone interview you will be set up with an in person one. They will ask more questions about what you like about working, what you don't like about working. Show you the area where you will be working . Whole interview was around 30 minutes. I was told that someone will be in touch with me and no one has called since in had the face to face interview. This is a very poor way of going about it. If your not going to hire the person after the face to face. Just tell them your not what we are looking for and move on. Don't lie and say that you will call. So bottom line is. If they let you walk out after the face to face. Keep looking because they will not call you.
