      Candidatura

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Fitbit (San Francisco, CA) em jan. de 2016

      Entrevista

I first had a 1:1 phone interview with the HR representative. After the 1:1, the HR representative said he'd talk with the hiring manager and determine next steps. Then I received a call from the HR representative about a week later, who stated they'd like to move forward, and they'd like me to complete a "data challenge" within 24hrs. The Data Challenge wasn't difficult, but it was very time consuming... it took me about 4hrs to complete. After the data challenge, about 2 weeks went by and I received an email from the HR representative stating that they're moving forward with other candidates. I felt that the "data challenge" was premature and presented far too soon in the hiring process; i should at least speak with the hiring manager prior to devoting that much of my time and effort.
