2 rounds - First round was with 2 analysts and they ask basic background/behavioral questions. Second round was a case that you have 48 hours to rate 2 companies and then present to the director. I never heard from them again after spending the two days researching and then took 1.5 hr to present, they completely ghosted me. I emailed the recruiter about 6 times over the course of the next 3 months and she never replied. I get not replying after the 1st round but after someone preps for 2 days and takes time off work, a standard one liner saying no is the bare minimum as far as professionalism.
