The interview process consisted of screening and 2 rounds. However I was also asked to go into the office to meet the team face to face for a final round. Although I passed all the stages and the during the screening and at the application form I specified the salary range I was looking for, they tried to lower the salary offer by £10000, their reasoning was that I was out of job at that time and it would have been difficult for me to get a job with the salary I specified. Horrible process and so disrespectful to me as a candidate to ask me to go to their office and go to a horrible negotiation when I have 8 years of work experience
