I had applied with the company and had been emailing to set up best times to interview. I actually had to decline the interview process at the moment. I later then contacted to reapply and see if position was still available. I was contacted right away. Even sent an email to the employer and got a quick helpful response!

Submitted application through referral directly to the club Pilates Coordinator. Was contacted by the Regional Pilates Manager shortly after for phone interview. They mainly talked and told about the position rather than interview or ask questions. Also told you expectations as in education or certificates they require/would like you to get if offered the job (FFC provides the opportunities, but of course at an extra cost that will be taken from your paycheck or out of pocket).
I was then offered on the spot to come in for an audition and in-person interview with the Regional Pilates Manager and the club location Pilates Coordinator. It was not organized and haphazard. I felt the interview was poorly prepared since it consisted of questions broad questions that made it difficult to provide specific details. The audition was teaching a private session (the Pilates Coordinator being the body/demo student) and then being critiqued by the Regional Manager after... who seemed insistent on giving their opinion. I was told there would be follow up within the next week. I emailed both after thanking them for the experience and opportunity to be considered.
I heard nothing. Had to hunt down the Regional Manager since the Pilates Coordinator who was supposed to follow-up with a job offer never contacted me. When I talked to the Regional Manager, they seemed confused to why I was not contacted with an offer both agreed to give and she then offered me the job right on the phone then.
I was then contacted by HR to attend their corporate on-boarding and orientation bootcamp that was 3 full 8-10 hour days of presentations that just make the company seem so glorious and supporting (wolf in sheep's clothing....beware). Did not seem or feel organized just like the interview process. I contacted my Pilates Coordinator for the club I was hired at specifically and since hired have always had to hunt down for their support, training (that was promised and offered), and correspondence.
