HR call with minimal details, task assigned to complete in 24 hours. Followed by task review call and final round. HR lacks company information, and the task is too lengthy. This company is one to avoid. Assignments are detailed and lengthy, with only 24 hours to complete them. During the review call, instead of appreciating the effort, they criticize with comments like "your design feels copied from the community" or "why isn't everything included?" It's obvious the assignment was done in one day, yet they still pass too many rubbish comments. If the work isn’t up to your mark, skip the review call altogether and reject politely. The process seems like a trick for unpaid labor. Highly unprofessional.
