The interview process has evolved since I joined so your experience might differ; however, the components are generally expected to stay the same. The first round for me was a writing assessment received over email. I had to write 3 articles of 1000 words each. The second round was a personal interview with the Head of Copy, and the third was with another senior manager/director (Brand/Marketing). Finally came the HR Round where the general aspects (salary, notice period, etc.) were discussed. Overall, a smooth journey but it might take some time (my hiring took approximately a month). In case of no response at any stage of the process, follow up with the HR POC over phone or email.
