The interview process seemed very laid back, since this was a group interview where two analysts from firm were involved in the interviewing process along with the founder of the company. The panel comprised of applicants from various fields and consisted of professionals and fresh graduates (PhDs, college grads) alike. There were also professionals who had prior experiences in non-profit organizations.
