Phone interview is first then two in person interviews at a local store. Must pass background check and drug screen. After all the steps were completed I was sent an offer letter.

Can you explain a difficult customer experience that you’ve had to diffuse?
Easy interview that went over the basics. Everyone seemed friendly and professional. I liked the team and atmosphere. Queso included previous work experience and how that experience relates to the position.
