I did not have an interview process at five guys. I was hired immediately because a few people left suddenly and they really needed people to work. About 3 of us were hired without an interview.
I filled out the papers bought non-slip shoes and got hired immediately. The interview process for others was really easy though, at least that is what I heard.

Entrevista
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
