I had a phone interview with the HR director to get an idea of the position/ company and whether it would be a good fit. Then a phone discussion with the tax director, he asked some work related questions but it felt pretty relaxed. Finally, I went in for a face to face interview. First I met with the HR director and she asked some various questions and then sat down with the tax director and CEO of the company.
