In my opinion they don’t observe diversity as a plus. Good ole boys Alamo/ Danville club.
I interviewed with multiple managers and directors and the VP. Excellent interactions however, I was given no explanation for why I didn’t fit “culturally.” I was introduced to the company by a former employee and fit all of the qualifications of a great hire. (Never missing quota, aced each individual interview etc,) but for some odd reason they chose someone else. The recruiter, was quite rude and laughed when I expressed my shock when I was denied the position. There’s something off about this company, but I just can’t put my finger on it.

VP of sales, Homero, did interviewing initially. After that you interview with 2-3 sales executives (Before it was 7-10) that basically figure out if you will take business from them. No execs have any influence on the ultimate decision, so it's a waste of time. Just be friendly, aggressive, and smile, and you'll get hired. They changed their mentality. Churn is good. Best leads go to the good old boys. New reps cold call.

None really. It's not hard to get hired here. We just hired a golf pro with no experience in SaaS. Nice guy.
