Very easy and it moved quickly and seamlessly. It was three rounds and then a new hire BootCamp. Prepare a good elevator pitch. They have a wide range of products and terms that you should get familiar with.

A time that you failed and what you learned from it?

Took me through 4 rounds of interviews, practically gave me a verbal offer in the last round, and then completed ghosted me. It's been 2 months and it's been crickets. It takes very little time and effort to show someone the courtesy of a rejection letter. I get ghosting after one round but after four? That's just rude.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Our goal is for every candidate to have a resolution at the end of their candidate journey and we will look at where we can improve our process to avoid this lack of follow-up in the future.
