Three step process: phone interview, video interview and in-person interview with majority of the team I would have been working with. Overall process took an average amount of time. I was told after the last step of the interview that I would get an answer within 1-1 1/2 weeks and never got a phone call or even an email. At least be decent enough to call someone and let them know you decided to move forward with another candidate. It makes the whole interview process a complete waste of a person's time.

Came in and met various leaders in the company. Went through 3-4 separate interviews over the course of 3 hours. Got an offer that day. Everyone I met was friendly and professional.
