First step included an exam in hackerrank.
It included three questions. One was a coding question, and was pretty straightforward.
The other two questions were poorly written and I was unsure about the expected level of answers.
Second interview was in their (lovely) campus.
The interview included a basic introduction, and then two questions. One was a classic data structure question. The other was a riddle. Then we moved forward to discuss about a project in my previous work.
I feel like this kind of interview is not productive and does not supply the needed intro to the company. Not to mention that unlike coding / data structure questions, riddles may not be the best way to assesss the candidate, as it is mostly a pass / fail, and there is no good way to understand from the middle ground.
The interview took about 1 hour longer than scheduled.
Fiverr Interview Process (Brief)
The process included an introductory HR conversation, a LeetCode-style coding challenge, a project presentation interview, a system design session, and a meeting with a senior leader for a general discussion, followed by a formal job offer
