Initial meet and greet phone interview follow up by a video chat interview with a sales manager. The interview was friendly and casual. However, they will throw out a few pointed questions digging into your experience problem solving skills.

Tell me about a time that you didn't close a sale.
Very professional with standard questions, not necessarily easy questions, but similar to other sales interviews. The interviewer had good things to say about the company and seemed excited to find the right candidate.

Entrevista
Recruiter called me to schedule a phone interview. The 30 minute interview seemed great. I was moved to 2nd "web" interview and although the interview seemed very productive...I was turned down the next day with a "canned" message in my inbox that read in part:
Thank you for your time and consideration of Fivestars. At this time, the team has decided to continue our search to fill the Outside Sales Representative role.
no phone call, no follow up..very cold. I know could ace this role with my eyes shut, probably over qualified. I also got the vibe they didn't want anyone over 40. So much for 10+ years of sales experience!
