In my opinion, the initial stages of the interview process at fixfast were quite positive. I received positive feedback on my qualifications and was told that I would be a good fit for the company. This gave me a sense of confidence and excitement about the potential opportunity. However, the second interview was a different story. Despite the employer promising to follow up with me after I sent a previous emails, I never received a follow up date for my second interview after discussing it. I was even told after following up again that they were going through some internal things and they would get back to me this never happened. This lack of communication left me feeling confused and disheartened. Effective and transparent communication is essential in any professional setting, especially during the hiring process. It reflects the values and professionalism of the company. Unfortunately, fixfast's failure to follow through on their commitments regarding the second interview has made me question their reliability and commitment to their employees. Overall, while the initial stages of the interview process at fixfast seemed promising, the lack of communication and follow-up during for the second interview left a negative impression. I believe that clear and timely communication is crucial for a positive interview experience, and it's disappointing when an employer doesn't prioritize this.
