A brief interview to gauge background and skills. The manager and I reviewed my resume, discussed my experiences, and she told me more about the restaurant and how it operated. We discussed my availability and she offered the position.

Fairly quick and easy, was approximately 15 minutes, followed up the next week to start work. Provided documents, and the onboarding process is about 2 weeks, unpaid training, and study on your own time with an app they tell you to download, to ensure you are hired you must know a large percentage of the menu and ingredients, steps of service "the perry way."
