I recently had the opportunity to interview for a customer service role at Flagstone, and my experience was positive and insightful. The interview had 4 stages, first being Talent acquisition screening (30 - 45mins), second a formal interview with your potential Team Lead/Manager (45mins - 1hour), third a Culture Add interview (30- 40mins) and forth a Team Meet up (30mins - 1hour). Each stage provided a deeper understanding of Flagstone’s expectations and how they approach customer service. The process took 2 weeks. The interviewers were welcoming, professional, and engaging, which made the process comfortable and conversational. They asked thoughtful questions that focused not only on my customer service experience but also on how I handle problem-solving, teamwork, and customer empathy. A very big shout out to Lotti and Michella for swift and timely feedback and followup. One thing that stood out was Flagstone’s strong emphasis on empathy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The questions they asked reflected their commitment to valuing both customers and colleagues, which aligns well with my own approach to customer service. I've never experienced a better interviewing process than this. Knowing you'll potentially be working with a team where everyone is very open is so reassuring and exciting!

Speaking to every single person was great. They make you feel at ease and allow you to truly be yourself. I've never experienced a better interviewing process than this. Knowing you'll potentially be working with a team where everyone is very open is so fleshing!

Entrevista
4 stages interview, all went very quickly and smoothly.
Each stage they provided feedback, and they were all very communicative. One of the stages was a culture/values fit type of interview, which I particularly likes as it showed how much the company cares about their values.
