I want to tell everyone one thing on my experience is that, their process of getting people to jobs is unrealistic, baseless and total waste of time with no clear answer to the decision and connection to the job you applied!
I know it is about the candidate who you can cage with less money over real talent! I want to address them Stop wasting people's time for your fun, they really come with hope and you guys put them on process of phases with abstract questions with no use in real life scenarios!

Had to answer a bunch of test at the start, then once you passed that you will then have to submit a design test, then if passed again then comes the 2 sets of interviews then finally the job offer.

Entrevista
As the first round of interview, the recruiter asks basic questions about yourself and your expertise. I was told if you make this round, you then have a final interview with the CEO.
They then tell you about their company and their benefits. However being based in the UAE, the only benefit I see from it is being a remote position and the mentorship they promise. Other than that, they have set working hours (8am-5pm), don't offer any equipment (software & hardware) to do your job, only 16 days annual leave compared to 22-30 days you get in The UAE (+ official holidays), no annual ticket, no health insurance.
And because of this, I lost interest in the position.
