Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Flare HR (Sydney) em fev. de 2026

Ghosted after the final interview. The initial phone interview with the recruiter went really well. There was clear overlap between my experience and what they were looking for. The second interview, with the Head of Marketing and Head of Inside Sales, went even better. It was the first time I’d left an interview feeling genuinely energised and optimistic.
For the final round, I delivered a presentation on an initiative to grow novated leasing leads from 20% to 50%. Being critical of myself, I think it went okay. The program was solid, but my delivery wasn’t where I wanted it to be. I was unwell at the time and probably should have pushed the presentation back.
Two days went by, and I reached out to the recruiter... nothing. The next week, I called — he texted back saying he’d call me that afternoon... nothing. Two days later, I asked if I could get an update; he replied yes... again, nothing. Since then, every time I’ve called, emailed, or texted, I’ve had no response. Even if I wasn’t successful, I just wanted to understand why.

Design campaigns or initiatives to grow novated leasing leads. Assume that currently 20% of activated employees generate leasing leads; the goal is to increase this to 50%.

I'm convinced that the job positions don't actually exist and they wanted competitor intel. Very very strange experience where I was made to feel like I progressed to the next round and then ghosted. When I messaged the hiring manager for feedback, the internal recruiter text me to say he would call me, but he never did. Months and months and months later - the job is still posted. And it's a pretty standard role that a lot of great available Marketing Managers would be able to fill.

Asking developers to build a battleship game from scratch is just misguided at best when you build and sell (free) HR Solutions as a business.
How are those 2 related? You can really judge a company by their poor interviewing processes.
