Entrevista
It is a straightforward and a pretty simple process. You will have about two to three interviews with different people, about thirty min each. Showcase that you can sell and can work independently.
No formal interview process. Resume review and then completed several paid projects to see if would be a good fit, if liked the work, etc. Did not keep updated on interview process until was too late and was denied the job after completing several pieces of work for them.
