Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Flatiron Health (New York, NY) em out. de 2020
Entrevista
Interview process was a little strange. I didn't actually ever speak with the recruiter on the phone only through email and the first few emails seemed to be automated emails. For the role, they had me complete an analysis and answer some questions using some datasets before I even spoke with anyone. After I passed this round, I got an automated email to schedule my next round. After I gave my availabilities I finally got an email asking to schedule the next round 3 weeks out which seemed really drawn out. Once my second round interview was scheduled, I got an email from the recruiter letting me know there would be a live coding test during my phone call with a team member. The second round with the team member went fine and my interviewer was very nice! The coding test wasn't bad at all and was quite easy. I got an automated rejection/moving forward with other candidates email two days after my interview which I felt a little strange as it didn't even say it came from the recruiter just a do-not-reply email address. The process wasn't bad, it just felt weird to never actually speak with a recruiter before the interviews and when I was rejected?

The coding test had a simple joining of two tables and an aggregate function. The first coding test was also joining two datasets and had a few questions for your process and what else I would want to know about the data.

Coding and behavioral questions. Relatively easy and interviewers are nice. You need to prepare for online code test and your resume walk through. There are ~3-4 rounds till the final
