Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Flatiron Health em out. de 2015

Recruiter came to campus fair, gave my resume and the emailed me a coding challenge, which I failed. Challenge was 90 min long and included two different questions, but I ran out of time. I spent too much time on one challenge without realizing that the second one was harder. This is for a startup though, so maybe they're just expecting everyone to be super fast.

1. Log of phone calls, had to read it, parse it, and come up with a monthly bill based on some rules. Took to long to make this code nice.
2. Graph question. Given a graph, had to compute a list of how many cities where at a hop distance away from a specific node. Got confused with the representation of the graph (using one array only).
I had an online assessment first after applying, and after I passed it there was a pair programming session with one of their engineers. The online assessment was more difficult, the pair programming was more practical.
Very long and weird process, you do all the interviews together and then you get the results at the end. You might not get hired because of the feedback of any interview but you still do all of them and I find that such a waste of time.
